365. We did it! (MOT#37)

We DID it, oh yes, we DID it!    I think some celebrating is in order…….when we started this challenge I never imagined what I would learn and the friends I would make along the way.  This challenge has been wonderful this year, a little grueling at times, but for the most part a very positive experience!  I am really looking forward to next years venture, so with that being said, I’ll see you all next year – have a fantastic New Year!

364. Friends (MOT#36)

Wow, guys only two more photos to go and WE MADE IT…..WE FINISHED!  I could have never accomplished this without some help from my friends….and in case you are wondering, that is each and every one of you!  Thanks for the support and comments all through the year, you all really kept me going!  I’m looking forward to continuing into 2010 with you….another fun year of learning and friendship!

363. Heat (MOT#35)

Right about now, I wish I were laying in that aquarium with that bearded dragon under his heat lamp….that shows you how cold I am!

362. Exercise

Instead of talking his daily walk, this guy was out skiing – we never see people skiing down our public roads…the snow finally ended and we had a total snowfall of 15″, haven’t had that much snow at one time forever.

361. Christmas Ball (MOT#34)

Ok, I promise, the last one of my star filters (it is just so much fun to play with)!   This is a Christmas ball we made stapeling plastic cups around a strand of lights – fun to make and beautiful to watch!

360. Christmas Lights (MOT#33)

The white stuff is still coming down – day #3 – I am ready for it to STOP!  It should later on today, and thank goodness, I am beginning to get a bit of cabin fever!  Well, today I am still playing with that star filter and I also added a texture called sugar plum by Kimi.

358. Ice Storm (MOT#31)

Phase one of our storm began yesterday, ICE!  Very slippery, but so beautiful!

357. Winter Wonderland (MOT#30)

The gardens hid all kinds of treasures in this winter wonderland….which is about to get more “wintery”.  We are expecting another major snowstorm on Christmas Eve and Christmas…looks like we might be snowed in for the holiday…..may not be a bad thing!
