216. Mechanisms

Hey, I just discovered I was one post behind, now I am officially caught up!  Yeah!  This picture  is of the new suspension bridge they are building over Hoover Dam.  On the day we were there, they were putting in the last piece of the arch.  I am sure it takes many “mechanisms” to build this bridge…..

  1. Cool! Building a bridge anywhere is a whole science, but this one… I saw a documentary on the building of this one not too long ago, very interesting!
